Pricing:

$500 for the first 3 hours

$150 for each additional hour

  • Tables and chairs
  • Audio system (3 microphones included)

Additional Costs:

Décor, linens, antique dishes, and catering are separate.

Catering:

Choose from our catering options or customize from the sample menu.

Private Luncheons & Teas

Pricing:

Luncheons: $43/person

Afternoon Teas: $45/person

Included:

  • Venue rental
  • Pre-set meal (luncheon or tea) and beverages
  • Décor, linens, dishes, and wait staff
  • Music

Capacity:

Up to 100 guests

Minimum group size: 35 people

Catering:

Luncheons: Includes fresh fruit, appetizer, entrée salad, bread, dessert, and beverages.

Afternoon Teas: Includes fruit, tea sandwiches, savories, scones, sweets, and beverages.

Summary:

Perfect for all-inclusive, pre-planned dining experiences.

Dietary Options:

Gluten-free: +$5/person

Dairy-free: +$3/person
