PRIVATE EVENT PRICE BOOK

Venue Rental:

$500 for 3 hours, $150 each additional hour. Includes tables, chairs, up to 3 microphones, and the audio system.

Linens and Decor:

  • Large Tablecloths - $11.50 each
  • Small Tablecloths - $9.00 each
  • Napkins - $1.25 each
  • Placemats - $1.25 each
  • Table Skirting - $50 each
  • Handcrafted Floral Centerpieces - $37.50 each

Dishes:

  • Place Settings (Plate, Knife, Fork, Spoon, Goblet) - $2.25 each
  • Coffee Cup and Saucer - $1.00 each
  • Toasting Glasses - $0.50 each

Food and labor costs are based on the individual needs of the customer. Panola Valley Gardens offers a few sample menus that can be selected, or, you can customize your own menu. Panola Valley Gardens offers catered buffets, family style meals, and individually plated meals.

Outside food and drink is prohibited. Alcohol is not allowed on the property.

  • 50% deposit due at time of booking, non-refundable.
  • Max capacity is 110 people.

Payments accepted: Cash, check, ACH transfer, or credit/debit card (3% surcharge for cards).
